How do I get started with OrioCRM?

Simply create a free account, complete your business profile, and you're ready to start adding customers and recording sales. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through the key setup steps in under 10 minutes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan — no credit card required. You'll have access to all features so you can evaluate OrioCRM properly before committing.

Can I import my existing customer data?

Absolutely. OrioCRM supports bulk CSV import for customers, products, and inventory. Navigate to Settings → Import Data to get started. We also offer a free migration service for businesses with large datasets — contact us to arrange this.

How does WhatsApp integration work?

OrioCRM connects to the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). Once connected, you can send automated repair status updates, payment receipts, and marketing messages directly to your customers' WhatsApp. Go to Integrations → WhatsApp to get started.

Does OrioCRM support M-Pesa payments?

Yes! OrioCRM integrates with Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push (Lipa na M-Pesa), allowing your customers to pay directly from your sales records and POS. You'll need a registered M-Pesa Business account and API credentials from Safaricom. Contact us for setup help.

How many users can I add to my account?

User limits depend on your plan. The Starter plan includes up to 3 users, Professional includes 10 users, and the Enterprise plan is unlimited. You can always upgrade your plan from the billing settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Is my data safe with OrioCRM?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We run regular security audits, maintain daily backups, and never sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
